At the end of this workshop you will have an understanding of 6 essential spiral movements which you can practice anywhere at any time with no special TaiChi background training. These exercises are useful for stress management as well as for deepening your understanding of TaiChi

An Introduction to "push hands training". This workshop is for those who wish to continue their TaiChi essential training with a partner. Push hands is essential training practice for practitioners of all styles of TaiChi. This workshop will get you started on a wonderful journey exploring the world of TaiChi.
