Preamble about privacy and terms of service

Our position on privacy and terms of service is blunt. We, the School of Unusual Arts and you the user both accept that systems can fail. We both agree to do our absolute best to maintain privacy and accuracy of personal and financial information.

Privacy policy

The School of Unusual Arts will operate according to well established standards with respect to the handling of your personal and financial information. We do not share, distribute or sell your personal information. We do not store financial information. In order to take payments, we integrate with third party agencies that are set up to store and manage financial information. It is your responsibility to read their privacy policies and terms of service.

Terms of Service

Belonging to the School of Unusual Arts is a privilege. It is assumed that you are a person of sincere intent. The School of Unusual Arts reserves the right to discontinue membership at any time without need for an explanation. This is to protect us in the case that a relationship is discovered to be deceptive, unprofessional or disruptive in any way that the School deems worthy of dismissal.

By becoming a member you agree to receive information from the school. If you no longer want to receive information, you may cancel your membership at any time.

If you are a paying member then it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are kept up to date. You may cancel your financial support at any time. Refunds will only be given in the event of an error on our part.

In closing

We reserve the right to update our privacy policy or terms of service at any time. In these cases you will be given notice.

You may arrange for an appointment with our team to discuss specifics if you have any questions or concerns.
